Q) When is the season starting?
A) The Sudbury FIVE and the NBL Canada have an intended return to play date as early March 12th, 2021. As the situation regarding the pandemic remains fluid, these dates and any subsequent schedules are subject to change. Please make sure you continue to check back to thefive.ca for the latest information on the seasons as they become available.

Q) I have vouchers from last season that I wasn’t able to use because of the pandemic. What do I do?
A) SWSE’s policy in place regarding vouchers from last season is that we will offer new replacement vouchers of the same level that may be redeemed for the upcoming season. The vouchers and/ or tickets purchased with vouchers from last season must be presented in order to receive the replacement vouchers. Please email info@swse.ca in advance to have vouchers ready to be swapped. Once the new replacement vouchers are ready, an email will be sent to you with further instructions. All ticket pick-ups will take place at the Sudbury Arena Box Office.

Q) Is the SWSE Office open?
A) The SWSE Offices and Arena Box Office located at the Sudbury Arena continues to remain closed to the public at this time. We appreciate all of your support and patience during this time.

Q) Where can I purchase Sudbury FIVE merchandise?
A) The Sudbury FIVE have a full store set up in the New Sudbury Shopping Centre offering all Sudbury FIVE merchandise.  All online orders will be available for pick up at that location which will be open during regular Mall hours. Merchandise can also be purchased online at swse.ca and shipped.

Season Memberships

We ask that fans who have purchased season tickets for the upcoming season to please remain patient until we have further details as to when the return to action plans are active and officially moving forward. The league’s return overview plan expects to begin as early as March 12th 2021.

As we continue to work with the Public Health agencies, the League, and the Federal and Provincial Governments, we ask that you please remain patient on any further season ticket information regarding the upcoming season. Once this information is confirmed, we will be contacting season ticket holders directly by email at a later date with more details, as events unfold regarding season ticket package adjustments. If you haven’t been receiving Sudbury FIVEemails, please email info@swse.ca to confirm we have your correct email address on file.
