The Sudbury FIVE support the National Basketball League of Canada’s decision to cancel the 2019-20 season to help try to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are committed to the health and safety of our players, officials, fans, staff and the general public and will continue to monitor the situation in conjunction with the NBLC.

I have tickets for an upcoming game. What should I do?

Single game ticket owners for the games scheduled between March 13th and April 21st. games are eligible for refunds. Fans who purchased single game tickets for these ten home games through the Sudbury Arena Box Office with a credit card or online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets will be automatically refunded and will not need to come into the box office. If you purchased by credit card, you will see this return on your card in a minimum of 14 business days. Fans who purchased their tickets with debit or cash can visit the Sudbury Arena Box Office when it reopens in order to receive their refunds, you must present your ticket to the game(s) to receive the refund. We will provide reopening updates for the Sudbury Arena Box Office once we receive further information from the federal, provincial, municipal governments and public health.

Is the team store still open?

As of March 17th, the Official Team Shop located at the Sudbury Arena will now be closed until further notice, however items are still available for sale online at swse.ca.

My child is registered for the Jaylen vs Braylon Camp and/or the Sudbury Five’s Jamboree Academy Sessions. What do I do?

The Sudbury Five have cancelled the remaining three sessions of the Jamboree Academy and credit cards will be refunded in the next week. Your refund should show up on your credit card in the next 5 to 14 business days.

The Jaylen vs Braylon Camp has been temporarily postponed from this Sunday March 15th to Sunday April 19th. We will update those registered for this camp closer to the event with more details.
