Box Office Hours of Operations & Cash/Debit Refunds

The Box Office at the Sudbury Community Arena will be *open Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm, beginning June 15th to provide refunds to patrons who had purchased tickets to events scheduled between March 13th and May 16th that were canceled and who paid by either Cash or Debit. To receive a refund, you must present the event ticket(s) to the Box Office as proof of purchase. We cannot provide a refund if the physical ticket is not provided.

Credit Card Refunds

If you purchased tickets to any event scheduled between March 13th and May 16th with a Credit Card, the refund has already been applied to the card of purchase.

Health & Safety

Please note, Health & Safety measures are in place to help prevent the spread of COVID19. These include limiting the number of patrons in the Box Office area at a time to 1, designated areas for waiting outdoors marked at 6 feet apart, recommendation to wear a face mask, use of hand sanitizer prior to and after the transaction, and a glass barrier at the Box Office service counter.
